Quantity Surveyor - Swansea
We are recruiting for a permanent team member to join a well established contractor with a local presence across Mid and South Wales.
The Company is specialist, offering planned maintenance as a service, working specifically with in the social housing maintenance sector. Because of their specialism, they would like to appoint someone equally as experienced in their field, offering demonstrable knowledge and experience of working with schedule of rates and managing quantities for another maintenance contractor. They have advised that there are set KPIs to work toward, so experience of dealing with the end client and managing their expectation is also preferred.
The Position:
The client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on projects in the built environment.
This will involve order raising, working to schedule of rates, managing sub contract orders, ensuring that projects are completed with in set budgets and in line with client's set expectations, while potentially liaising with and managing the cost and procurement of appointed sub contractors and the direct labour
There is a negotiable and competitive salary and benefits for this permanent opportunity.
