One of the largest technical teams in the UK, operating the most advanced Right to Light Practices, is currently looking for the REVIT/ BIM Coordinator in Oxford, to establish and maintain a BIM standard for the company.

The right candidate will be responsible for identification, development, evaluation, implementation and management of standards and procedures to MBS projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

Stay informed on best practices of BIM implementation to MBS projects.
Develop, evaluate and implement new BIM related procedures and technologies.
Develop and implement standards, templates, automation routines, documentation and workflow process standards.
Provide training and oversee the day to day activities of Technicians to ensure standards are maintained in the creation of 3D models.
Assist with Civil3D and Revit Structure modelling, detailing, quantity takeoff, Revit family creation, parametric 3D mode ling as per project requirements.
Participate in project meetings and facilitates regularly-scheduled meetings related to BIM execution and deliverables for the project.
Implement applications and processes to integrate project data such as but not limited to schedule, estimate, documentation, cost reports and performance data etc. to 3D models to develop an integrated information rich model.

Use point cloud data to create accurate Revit survey models
Assist promoting and selling the service to the firm's clients
When necessary help out on site with laser scan surveys
Assist with generation of AutoCAD 2D survey plans and models from scan data

Benefits:
Salary - GBP35k - GBP45k per annum depending on experience
Company pension scheme, 3% firm contribution (after completion of probationary period)
Discretionary performance related bonus scheme paid in April every year
20 days leave plus additional days during office Christmas closure
Any expense incurred due to travel to site or the London office will be reimbursed
