We are currently working with one of Europe largest IT Companies with office globally. They are owned by a GBP2 Billion turnover company and have a phenomenal backing. If you want to truly kick-start your career with a market leader this is the role for you.

As a Investors in People business this company are renowned for quality, training and development and progression with promotions expected regularly. The most important thing with this business is you will have the time to learn and develop at a manageable rate and will not just been thrown in at the deep end. We have never had somebody leave this business within the first 2 years.

The role of Internal Sales Executive is for bright, hungry and ambitious individuals who want to kick-start their careers within a high professional sales environment. Initially this will be an account management role dealing with existing customers looking to progress in to a field sales role within 12 months.

With a young, fun and dynamic environment this business are growing year on year and recognised as a market leader. Possible career paths include Senior Account Manager, External Account Manager, Team Mentor, Product Sales Specialist or Sales Management.

If you have 12+ months B2B sales experience then this is the role for you.

Daily activity - Internal Sales Executive:
- Prospecting potential customers to create selling opportunities and secure consistent business within these accounts
- Service and develop existing accounts
- Support the Senior Account Managers with quotations and follow up activity
- Work as part of a team to grow the business and achieve new product sales
- Build long-term relationships
-KPI driven and target orientated
-Able to work autonomously in a high quality low volume role
-Strong relationship building skills

Expectations - Internal Sales Experience:
- Hard working
- Self-motivated, tenacious and personable with a hunger and desire to succeed and be the best in their field.
- Highly professional and credible
-Confident at speaking to senior decision makers
- Confident, enthusiastic and driven

-12 - 48 months sales experience in a B2B environment
-IT / Software / Telecoms / Infrastructure - Ideal but not essential
