After launching a state-of-the-art new online platform from Carphone Warehouse, we're on the lookout for talented digital experts, from entry level to experienced managers, heads of department and directors, who can help us with the next part of our transformation.

The Digital Optimisation Analyst role is based within CPW's Digital Analytics and Optimization team and is responsible for the definition of Personalisation and Optimisation Campaigns, performance measurement, analysis and reporting, in order to help deliver the Personalisation and Conversion Optimisation goals of the digital team and wider business.

You will

- Work with stakeholders to understand their hypotheses and support the process of brief definition for campaigns.
- Liaise with 3rd parties to implement and manage tools and technologies to help track and drive conversion.
- Become the key point of contact regarding optimisation across the business.
- Conduct size of opportunity modelling in order to support the prioritization of campaigns.
- Provide analysis and reporting services on optimisation activity.
- Provide support, knowledge and expertise to stakeholders across the business.
- Perform analysis on the digital customer experience online to identify areas of opportunity to optimise the core journeys and touch-points.
- Perform analysis on behavioral customer segments to identify which are the most interesting for us to find personalisation solutions for, from both a commercial and CX perspective.
- Work closely with the digital analytics and optimization team to ensure correct strategic focus of the optimization roadmap, and at a consultative level to ensure we provide the right solutions for our customers and business stakeholders.
- Share best practice and optimisation results across the business.

You will need

- Experience with AB Testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) solutions
- Quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to understand complex data; identify key trends and opportunities, and to deliver recommendations for optimisation
- Standard range of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good awareness of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer
- Commercial focus, ability to identify opportunity to maximize the cost effectiveness/profitability for the business
- Good decision making skills
- Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
- Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant field
