Are you an Accounts Payable Administrator with an exceptional eye for detail?

We have a brand new permanent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join an iconic business based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre.

Working as part of a busy finance team within this thriving business, you will have full administrative control of all transacting purchases. With streamlined and efficient systems already in place, you will ensure the smooth running of the day to day functions by posting invoices onto an in-house system and matching these to purchase order numbers. Liaising with suppliers and reconciling statements, you will also be monitoring the teams KPIs and controlling employee expense claims.

Acting as a central point of contact, strong communication skills are essential to your success within this role, as you will be required to raise queries around supplier payments, and work cohesively in a dynamic team to ensure the processes already in place are maintained.

You will have experience within a similar role working in a fast paced Finance or Accounts department, with amazing attention to detail and the ability to be numerate and analytical in all that you do.
