A growing professional independent Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy that has secured two new contracts is looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter with a background in placing either Doctors or Nurses on long and short term contracts. Their core business is working with both Doctors, GP's and Nurses placing them into suitable work with the NHS or PCT's. The locums could be weekend, ad hoc shifts or covering a vacant post which could be for a year or even longer.

For experienced Recruitment Consultants they are offering;

Healthcare Recruitment Consultant - The Company

A rapidly growing Medical Recruitment Agency based in Leeds, which has nationwide coverage. Their core business is working with both Doctors, GPs and Nurses placing them into suitable work with the NHS or PCT's. The locums could be weekend, ad hoc shifts or covering a vacant post which could be for a year or even longer.

Medical Recruitment Consultant - The role

Due to winning two new on framework NHS contracts they now have two positions available in their team in Leeds.
One is to manage the nurse's contract. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing nurses into ad hoc and long term shifts and another is to manage the doctor's contract.
This is a very candidate driven role and will involve building and managing a bank of nurses and doctors and placing them into shifts.
