My client is looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join their team based at St Katherine's docks, London.

They are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop a long term career with them, someone who is a professional but who loves to socialise too! They have a corporate but vibrant company culture, so they are looking for someone who can fit in with their team.
Their 2nd line support engineer must be very technically hands on but must excellent communication and customer facing skills are essential. Candidates must have also worked in one role for 1+ years and come from a commercial background.
*1st / 2nd line experience
*Knowledge of remote working technologies
*Experience around the Microsoft stack
*Experience with Citrix
*Full understanding of PC hardware set up and configuration
*Telephony experience
Candidates must have been in a permanent position previously!
