Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the teaching and learning of our Year 4 Class in Junior Girls. The post would also be suitable for a qualified teacher who wishes to work in a teaching assistant role. This is a part-time role, working from 08:30 am - 4:00 pm each Thursday and Friday.

Claires Court Junior Girls enables excellent progress through the development of learning skills from the Early Years stage, and an enquiry based, problem solving curricular approach which avoids the restrictions of the National Curriculum. The role of the HLTA is designed to work in a highly collaborative way with the class teacher, to ensure that foundation literacy and numeracy skills are effectively mastered as well contributing to the planning of our creative curriculum.
