Window Surveyor

We are a highly reputable and expanding organisation, established over 35 years with a growing residential and commercial client base within the aluminium windows and door industry.  The business prides itself on its ethical values and integrity and is looking to appoint a new window surveyor.

The successful applicant will be an experienced surveyor working on both domestic and commercial projects.  Duties include: Making appointments with customers to carry out survey. Carrying out a comprehensive survey to determine manufacturing sizes. Drawing up survey to enable order processing and producing method statements and risk assessments required for installation. You will be surveying all forms of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and be conversant with current building regulations. You will have a strong focus on project management and oversee projects on site as well as office based working in conjunction with production manager, estimators and installers.

You will need to be an experienced surveyor with a background in a similar field. You must hold a valid CSCS card and it would be a bonus if you have health and safety experience or other construction related qualifications. You must be self motivated, with  strong communication skills, both written and verbal and promote a professional image to uphold the companies' values and work ethics.
