This company are currently recruiting nationally for self employed Sales Consultants to work on a commission-only basis to promote their Auto Enrolment services. This Sales role is unregulated and therefore candidates do not require FCA Authorisation or Qualifications. Earnings are a minimum of £200 per sale and most consultants close a minimum of three/four sales per week.

About Automatic Enrolment:

We are all living longer, retirement is now part of whole life, not just the twilight years it once was and people are not saving enough and many will probably have to work beyond 65.

The Government has responded to this with Automatic Enrolment - contributory private pensions for almost All employees that the employer must provide, manage and pay for. As an employer, business owners must by law enroll all eligible employees. Not optional, an obligation. Deadlines for SMEs they are rapidly approaching.

The cost of getting it wrong could be BIG - employer's can face heavy financial penalties and even imprisonment for not complying to the new rules - an initial fixed penalty notice of £400 followed by an escalating penalty notice of £50-£500 per day depending on the number of employees.

- Freedom of Self Employment - Manage your own diary
- Commission paid Weekly - short sales cycle - start earning straight away
- Top producers earn in excess of 100k uncapped

Responsibilities:

- You will be prospecting to generate new Auto Enrolment clients
- Conducting the appointment with new prospects, professionally present their services
- Closing the deal to convert prospects into new clients
- Opportunity to boost your earnings by cross selling their complementary services

Essential for Candidates

- A true "New Business Hunter" - Tenacity and a positive approach to sales is critical
- A natural "Closer" the commission is based upon closing deals
- Confident, professional and smart - able to present their services positively
- Sales background preferred, but they will offer positions for the right people
