Main Duties:
Your role will be to search for, identify and generate prospective business leads in order to secure appointments for Senior Sales Consultants and drive client acquisition & retention.

The Role:
- To identify new business leads on relevant market
- To generate leads and prospect for new clients via phone, mail and other media
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers
- To conduct company research & analyse market opportunities
- To Identify potential clients & develop sales contacts
- To qualify leads
- To cold-call and achieve set targets
- To secure appointments/meetings for Senior Sales Consultants

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fluent in German and/or French (written & spoken) – STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Previous experience in Lead Generation/Cold Calling/Telesales in a B2B industry - ESSENTIAL
- Previous work experience within the UK - ESSENTIAL
- Graduate calibre with a smart, professional appearance & manner
- Ability to communicate in a global corporate environment at C Level and with Blue Chip Companies
- Career driven with strong commercial acumen
- Successful track record of achieving high level sales targets
- Target-driven, "hands on" & proactive profile
- Confident communicator with strong influential & negotiation skills
- Computer literate

The Salary: Basic £25k-£28k pa DOE + £10k OTE 1st year + Benefits + Career Opportunities
