Pentagon are recruiting for Group Property Manager for our team based in Chesterfield, with a South Yorkshire and or East Midlands base, but also supporting sites across the Group!

What will I be responsible for:

As our Group Property Manager Liaising with property agents and other property professionals on legal and other aspects of Property Management whilst maintaining and updating our Property Terrier covering all our sites. You will also:
  • Liaise with Landlords and property owners in agreeing Licences and permissions for alterations and site visits
  • Liaise with Solicitors on legal aspects of asset Management 
  • Monitor maintenance requests, provide prompt and helpful customer service by responding to them in shortest possible timescales
  • Instruct external contractors on issues such as pest control, waste collection services
  • Gas & Electrical Safety Certificate Monitoring
  • Maintain servicing schedules and audits including Air Conditioning, lifts, NIC electric and waste collection monitoring to name a few
What we are looking for:

The successful Group Property Manager must have previous property management experience, preferable within the Automotive sector, although this is not essential as familiarisation with the Industry will be gained.

You must also be well organised, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks at once, using prioritisation and communication skills to complete objectives as efficiently as possible. You will also have:
  • Excellent self-discipline and time keeping
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels
  • Exceptional IT/computer skills including competency to manage data and compile spreadsheet reports
  • Good planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
