Production Operator

A fantastic vacancy has arisen for an experienced Production Team Member (Line 2) to join a growing company specialising in developing and manufacturing membranes.

Company:

The company is a recognised leader in worldwide performance clothing and footwear markets, supplying protective membranes and finishes to international brands in the fast growing sports, retail and industrial sectors. They are now looking for a Team Member reporting to the Line 2 section Manager.

The role encompasses;

• Meeting team objectives and performance measures
• Operating an automated production unit to agreed procedures
• Supporting environmental health, safety and quality standards throughout the organisation

Candidate

The successful candidate will have good literacy and numerical skills with a structured approach to problem solving and ability to work effectively in a team. A flexible attitude is required. Previous experience in a factory environment is desirable.

Hours: Shifts – presently 3 shifts / 5 day per week, but with contracted notice period subject to change required.

Package: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience
