Our Client:

Our client is a well-respected TFM support services organisation operating across the Public & Private sectors. Following a restructure they are looking to appoint an Operations Director to manage a national portfolio of central and local government contracts (largely soft FM) with responsibility for enhancing and maintaining service delivery levels as well as contract growth.

Role details:

Operating as part of the senior management team you will:

• To work in conjunction with the senior management team to manage and lead the business and to provide leadership/direction and management to employees within your area.
• To undertake budgetary, and profit and loss and working capital management responsibility across contracts within your area of responsibility.
• To develop and nurture client relationships and be responsible for client satisfaction within area of responsibility.
• To provide and introduce innovation, and promote best practice within the provision of services.
• Lead on client contract growth within your area.
• Assist in the growth of the region through contract growth as well as assisting the business/bid development team.


• At least 3 years' experience at senior operations/client retention level.
• At least 5 years soft FM experience.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Degree educated
