The Company:
Our client is an International Company, part of a well-established group and operate across Europe.

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support the Sales team in order to develop the growth of the business

The Role:
- To provide high quality of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- To process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- To liaise with all departments & distributors efficiently
- To provide technical and sales support to clients and distributors
- To develop/maintain relationships with existing customers & distributors
- To ensure the right pricing for products
- To provide post sales advice and support (invoicing ,complaints, etc. …)
- To identify sales leads and refer them to the Sales Managers
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Finnish (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management and/or Sales - Desirable
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Good attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills with good organisation skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate
- Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment
- Able to start work as early as 7:30am Monday to Friday
- Must have its own transport- Bike or Car + Licence
