This is an opportunity to join a provider of high quality home care for the Lytham St Annes, Warton/Freckleton and Kirkham areas of Fylde Coast. Due to continued high demand for their exceptional services, they are expanding rapidly and need to recruit a further twelve staff. This posts are to support the growth of their organisation.

Could you make a real difference to the quality of life for people in your community? Do you have the skills to enable their clients retain their independence treating them with dignity, compassion and respect?

Working in the community in a social care role is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Whilst varied and interesting, as well as occasionally challenging, the sense of accomplishment and contribution you will enjoy can be matched by very few other roles.

Their clients include older people, adults with physical disabilities or sensory impairments, those with complex needs, dementia as well as end-of-life care. Daily tasks include assisting clients with washing and dressing, meal preparation, administration of medication and household tasks (shopping and laundry). They are keen on enriching the lives of the people, so we're looking for people who can communicate well, are engaging and interesting.

Their staff benefit from an exceptional level of support from dedicated and experienced managers and senior staff. They pride themselves on the high quality of training and support that their staff receive. Their staff work in small teams, with regular clients and predictable working patterns. They understand that their staff have a life outside work.

They are offering a range of working patterns, both full-time and part-time. Weekend working is on an alternating basis, although staff can opt to work every weekend if they wish.

Experience is useful, but not essential. They are, however, looking for dedicated, hard-working and reliable individuals with a truly caring nature and the desire to provide a high level of client service and quality.

They offer an excellent induction and professional development programme to the new Care Certificate standards and Level 2 or Level 3 Diplomas. Advanced career progression through their leadership development programme is also available.

Own reliable vehicle and current driving license is essential. Female Only applicants accepted at this time (Section 9 (2)(b) of the Employment (Sex Discrimination) Act 2000 applies to this posts).
