Cordant People has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Executive to join our market leading client based in Grangemouth. This is a permanent, full time position offering an excellent salary and the chance to work with a sought after employer in the local area.
To be considered for this position you must have Payroll Bureau experience.
You will deliver an excellent payroll service to a variety of business clients. The duties of the role will include:
* Raising sales invoices, credit notes, uploading to factor accounts and delivering to customers
* Preparing candidate payment reports, submitting for approval and preparing for payment by BACS
* For all PAYE candidates maintaining accurate payroll records in accordance with HMRC and AWR requirements
* Issuing all payslips and self-bill remittances electronically
* Efficiently dealing with all client with agreed timescales
* Handling a cross section of client workloads
* Dealing with incoming client / customer / temporary worker communications (verbal/written) and understanding the nature of the inquiry in order to resolve it or pass it to the correct individual / department
* Organising and prioritising your workload within agreed timescales
You will have the ability to work professionally under pressure, ensuring all client deadlines are met and high quality standards are maintained. You will have excellent communication skills and will be confident dealing with people at all levels of business, ensuring strong client relationships are developed and maintained.
