Our client is a well-established manufacturer of windows, doors and conservatories, supplying to the trade for almost 20 years.  Their client base includes builders, trade installers, and showrooms across the UK.

They are now looking to employ an experiencedReceptionist/Administrator who will be responsible for taking care of all general and ‘front of house’ administrative procedures within the business.   You will look after all incoming telephone calls and assist where necessary within each department.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:-

·Overall management of the company’s switchboard

·Meeting and greeting office visitors

·Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes

·Processing annual leave requests and adding to relevant diaries

·Ordering and maintaining Stationery

·Providing first line IT Support to the office

·Creating, implementing and maintaining filing systems

·Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post

·Photocopying and printing office documentation

·Undertaking general secretarial duties

Essential skills:-

·Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,

·Good communication skills both written and face to face

·Punctual and reliable

·Able to prioritise own workload

·A friendly and confident personality

·A smart appearance

·The ability to stay calm under pressure

·Excellent organisational skills
