If you are a natural logical thinker, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail and passionate about quality assurance, this may be the role for you.  We are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to work in our Finance Team to assist the Management Team in fulfilling the contract compliance function for a range of European funded and other contracts. This will involve collating documents, correspondence and producing the management information required and evidence necessary to draw down the funding; ensuring the quality is of the required standard and monitoring outcomes against the required contract volumes. The post-holder will also work with managers to identify and mitigate contract compliance risks and to provide an administrative function in bidding, budgeting and at contract meetings.  The Post-holder will also provide efficient and confidential support to the Executive Team.

We are looking for someone who has the following essential experience:

·a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Administration or Business Studies

·Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, Agenda setting, meeting organisation, minute taking and data inputting

·Highly organised, self motivated with demonstrable experience in working without supervision; flexibly and under pressure

Contracts administration experience is desirable.
