Telesales Executive - Exciting Internet Company

This is an opportunity to join an established online Internet Marketing business with offices in the sought after Friargate area of Derby. They operate comparison websites in the legal and home moving sectors. They have had rapid growth over the past 4 years and are now market-leaders in their core industries.

Due to rapid growth and success of the business, they are looking to recruit a proven and passionate telemarketing professional to add to their small but dedicated team.

The Job:

They are looking for an individual to undertake full time business to business telemarketing activities, including:

- Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls - both cold and warm leads;
- Managing email/website enquiries;
- Taking inbound phone enquiries;
- Account managing existing customers in order to maximise the value of each account;
- Providing consistently excellent customer-service;
- Making effective notes on the company's CRM system;
- Being involved in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.

- Proven track record in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound;
- Business to business (B2B) sales would also be advantageous;

The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.

You will work within a small but highly motivated team in a busy but fun environment. They are a small internet-based business so you will not simply be a "number" in a large organisation!

You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback, both informal and formal so you are constantly on track and understand what is expected of you.
