Sales & Lettings Negotiator Gloucester Salary DOE with OTE of ??17,000 - ??18,000 My client, a well-known established estate agency based in Quedgeley are now looking to take on a new member of the team due to expansion after such a successful year. This is a permanent full time position which is likely to start in the new year. They are ideally looking for someone to head up their new lettings division so experience in lettings is desirable. Responsibilities: -Professionally dealing with clients either face to face, by phone or e-mail-Building rapport and trust with clients -Booking and carrying out Market appraisals. Emphasising the unique service you deliver and negotiating fees.-Organising and accompanying viewings of clients homes-Feedback to clients of the viewing outcome-Dealing with offers on properties, obtaining the best price for the client when negotiating with customers-Regular contact with all customers to build a strong relationship and generate sales activity-Achieving sales through service-Recognising the benefits to your clients of promoting all services.
