Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer/CILEX LSW754

This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive with a demonstable track record of providing quality and professional property work, ideally across both residential and commercial transactions; basically a great all rounder! Based in Minehead and joining a thriving and well respected firm, this full time and permanent role will see you dealing with a varied and interesting caseload, comprising mainly of residential with the odd commercial transaction. A committed team player but equally comfortable being largely self-managing, prioritising your own workload and working on your own initiative, you will be client focussed and committed to meeting deadlines. Calm under pressure, you will be adaptable and able to cope with changing priorities and demands. IT literate and with experience of using a case management system, you will be motivated, enthusiastic and have a friendly and approachable personality. You'll demonstrate commercial awareness and focus and will possess a friendly and supportive personality. This is a close-knit team so it's important that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build good relationships with both colleagues and clients. Participation in business development and marketing initiatives is also a requirement so it's important that you're comfortable with this aspect of the role and ideally, have experience of such.
