Telesales Advisor
We are currently seeking a Telesales Advisor to work for a global company in Bridgwater. Our client is a market leader in the construction industry and are rapidly growing. They are seeking someone with telesales experience, however they will consider someone with customer service experience who is seeking progression into this area. The basic salary would be ??17,000 - ??20,000pa DOE with an OTE of ??20,000 - ??23,000pa. The working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. They have free parking on site and excellent training. The role will include: Outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce the company's services and find out if they would have an interest.Passing leads and enquiry's on to consultants.Fact finding when speaking to clients about their products.Keeping the CRM system up to date and updating after each call.Managing the CRM system and keeping on top of enquiry's.General administration duties along side the main role. This is a telesales position where the outbound calls are very warm and a professional approach is required. You will not be selling any products, just fact finding. You are looking for Information from the clients to see if their products would be of interest to them. You will not be responsible for closing a sale or negotiating and finances. You will be working in an open plan office with a welcoming team of 10 office staff. They are offering excellent career progression and development.
