An excellent opportunity to join a busy Sales Team in Central Bath, providing administrative support. Your role will primarily be supporting the Sales Director and other team members to achieve sales and profit targets at all times. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer requirements are met. The role will involve: Maintaining customer recordsKeeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling into reportsProcessing Orders using SAGE, booking in orders and liaising with third party warehousesDealing with incoming calls and enquiries from customers and processing ordersSupport in general office activities, liaise with company departments and suppliers and assist sales team with administration The successful applicant will have strong IT skills- especially Excel at an intermediate level. You will also have experience of working within a commercial office environment. String communication and administration skills are essential. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
