Key Roles and Responsibilities: Managing a varied personal workload whilst maintaining team workflow performanceCreate a customer focused cultureMaintain excellent relationships with key departments including Governance, Compliance and management of all relevant business areas.Develop key contacts with various clientsMonitor and ensure team performance and quality are maintained at a consistently high standardIdentify training and development needs within the team, and assist the team to achieve their personal, departmental and company commitmentsProvide regular feedback to General Manager on team performance and any issues that occurIdentify and contribute to your own personal development needs Key Qualifications/Experience: Management of Customer Service or Claims TeamExperience of Complaints Management and Complaints HandlingExposure to management work streams and responsibilitiesStrong understanding of treating customers fairly If the above interests you, please contact Recruitment immediately.
