IFA Sales Support

Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting for an IFA Sales Support assistant based in central Bath. They are looking for a highly organised, conscientious and experienced IFA Administrator/Sales Support to provide dedicated support to 1 or 2 Financial Advisers and their clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IFA environment but candidates with other relevant Financial Services experience will be considered. Support will be provided for those wishing to undertake professional qualifications and who are looking for long term career progression in the financial sector. Duties include Ensuring that all information is gathered ahead of client meetingsProcessing new business applications and following through to completionPreparing correspondence for adviser(s) as and when requiredDealing with written and telephone enquiries from clients and product providersArranging client meetings and diary managementEnsuring that procedures and compliance requirements are adhered toGeneral administration duties In addition, the successful candidate will Have gained relevant experience of working in a similar environmentHave good knowledge of wealth management products including pensions, investments and protectionHave good knowledge of regulatory requirementsBe a proficient user of Microsoft officeHave excellent communication skills written and verbalHave the ability to work in a pressurised environment Package offered Competitive salaryDiscretionary bonus25 days holiday per annumEmployer contribution pension scheme For more information, or to see a full job description, please contact Laura Rawstron on .
