Our client is an established premium denim and fashion brand who have carved a strong name for themselves in the market across the UK and internationally. They have great plans for more new stores in the UK so it's an ideal time to join them! Responsibilities include: * Driving personal customer service and styling. * Leading and inspiring your team. * Setting, reviewing and achieving sales targets and kpi's. * Managing reports, commercial decision making and visuals. * Training and people development and conducting appraisals. * Managing budgets, payroll, costs, p&l and reporting. * Overseeing the sales floor and the management of back of house. * Ensuring a high level of brand standards are maintained. * Creating a positive and energised atmosphere in-store. It is essential that you are experience in all of the above to Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Concession Manager. We are looking for an individual who has an interest in fashion trends and experience in one-to-one consultative sales.
