A Helpdesk Manager and a Helpdesk Coordinator are sought to join this national Facilities Management company based in Hertfordshire.
Title: Helpdesk Manager / Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £25k - £29k per annum
Benefits: Pension contribution, work laptop & mobile phone
The organisation has been established for over 25 years and is part of a large international FM group. They are now seeking two individuals to achieve efficient operational delivery and client satisfaction.
The Helpdesk is the central hub of a further education facility contract liaising between customers, students and the operational delivery teams. You will need to be organised, friendly and possess a drive to make customers happy.
The Helpdesk Manager / Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
-Working with Concept CAFM system to log and allocate jobs
-Ensure jobs are delivered in a timely manner and that customers are happy from the first contact through to completion
The ideal Helpdesk Manager / Helpdesk Coordinator will possess the following:
-Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
-Experience of using Concept or a CAFM system is desirable
In addition to the above, the Helpdesk Manager role will require experience of supervising a team, preferably within a Facilities Management or Construction environment.
