M&E Manager

Two experienced M&E Managers are sought to join this national Facilities Management company based in Hertfordshire.

One position is to cover PPM & Compliance and the other will be responsible for Reactive Maintenance. The roles will have joint responsibility to achieve operational superiority and deliver client satisfaction.

Title: M&E Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £40k - £42k per annum
Benefits: Work mobile & laptop, company pension

As an M&E Manager you will be working on a higher education facilities management contract, covering all aspects of FM. The key focus is to develop operational delivery in both PPM and Reactive Maintenance.

Both roles will require experience of managing a team of engineers, achieving KPIs, CAFM systems (Concept is desirable). You will also need to be able to collate reports as required. For the Compliance role, you will require NEBOSH or a degree equivalent qualification in Health & Safety, as well as an in-depth understanding of relevant maintenance areas including CIBSE, LOLER, PUWER etc.

The M&E Managers will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving KPIs
- Collating reports
- Managing a team of engineers

The ideal M&E Managers will possess the following:
- Experience of managing a team
- The ability to collate reports as required
- Experience of CAFM systems (Concept is desirable)
- A pro-active personality and a can-do attitude, as well as a friendly, professional approach.
