Do you have excellent Customer Service skills or experience? Our Financial Services client, based in Newport, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work within the customer service team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting both new and existing customers with their bank account query and discussing other relevant products and services as appropriate.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:


  • First class telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with DPA guidelines
  • Opening and distributing of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Carry out administrative tasks in relation to processing new applications
  • Process and allocate payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required

  • The successful Customer Service Representative will have previously worked with a contact centre customer service role. To apply for this role, you should also be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, as well as excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
