As this team grow within the 2 rosette restaurant based within the hotel, you will need to add value in your food style as a Senior Chef de partie or Junior Sous, by way of your experience of rosette kitchens. Pushing for a third rosette you will know the exceptional quality that will be expected of you at Senior Chef de partie or Junior Sous level. You will work longs days and some splits within your 45 hours per week contract, but in return to an excellent salary, you will gain further experience and opportunity for progression, plus also an excellent package including tips of around ??2500 to ??3500 per year. Good Chef de parties and Junior sous chefs with rosette level and experience are difficult to come by, but if you have what it takes there could be some negotiation with salary if you are willing to work hard, and want progression look no further.
