As a Customer Services Advisor / Office Administrator, you’ll be tasked with supporting the sales process through effective customer interactions and ensuring our client’s office runs efficiently. 

Specifically, you will process sales orders and handle customer enquiries to enable the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer orders, entering them accurately onto the Sage 50 system, and process and administer form and account applicants, taking ownership of the tailored admin process. 

Working with other departments across the business, you will ensure the smooth transaction of all sales orders, recording customer interactions on the CRM system and developing an understanding of each key customer. 

Additionally, you’ll undertake all administrative tasks as directed, supporting the purchasing and logistics functions and providing holiday and absence cover as required.

- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative environment 
- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths 
- Access to your own transport and a driving licence (if required) due to our client’s location 

Attentive to detail and accurate, as a Customer Services Advisor / Office Administrator, you’ll need to be positive, focused and able to work in a collaborative manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also key. 

Experience in using Sage 50 and/or CRM systems would be beneficial to your application.
