Our client is a fast-growing IT business based in Warwickshire that supplies software to the automotive industry. Due to ongoing success, they are now looking for an Account Executive to join their friendly team. 

You’ll have the chance to undertake excellent training (including a Dale Carnegie course), to ensure that you have the skills you need to succeed and really make your mark. 

What’s more, our client offers a clear five year career plan for candidates with ambition. In the past employees have been promoted to Account Managers within a year, and have become Senior Account Managers by their third year with the business. 

As an Account Executive, you’ll be following a clear development route that will see you progress into a senior account management position, dealing with key clients and growing revenue for the company.

For the first year, you will provide a high level of support to the Account Management Team. This will involve learning about our client’s systems in an in-depth manner, assisting with implementations and providing training to clients.

Providing both remote and on-site support, you’ll strive to deliver a first class service to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 
 

Once you have gained strong experience of the systems, you will progress into an account management role, selling our client’s solutions to new and existing customer.

After a three year period, it is envisaged that your will gain senior account manager status and will be looking after key customers and reaping the rewards of your success.


This is an entry level role and you’ll have the chance to exponentially increase your skill-set and gain valuable insight into the fast-moving IT industry. 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, you’ll need a full, valid driving licence and a flexible approach to travel. Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills are also essential. 

As an Account Executive, you must be a positive team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. You must also have a great eye for detail, a proactive approach and strong time-management abilities. 

Ideally, you’ll have motor retail or automotive industry experience, but this is by no means essential. Experience in software sales would also be an advantage.
