They are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their growing team. Duties will include: Acting as named Social Worker to foster carersProviding supervision and support to foster carersEnsuring all relevant standards, policies and guidelines are metVising potential carers and undertaking competency based assessmentsPreparing reports on prospective foster carers suitabilityProviding training to staff, foster carers and potential foster carersCompleting and updating Form F assessmentsYou must have: At least 2 years' experience in frontline social work in child care, preferably fostering HCPC registrationA relevant Social Work qualificationThe ability to work unsocial hours If you would like to join a friendly, supportive team, please call Elite on as soon as possible.
