This is a great opportunity for a highly driven and competitive fee earner to take the next step in their legal career.Skills and Responsibilities Previous experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor dealing with all aspects of conveyancing practice.Confident to run your own files and maintain the high standards of the firm in general.Able to manage your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgage, shared-ownership and lease extensions and transfers.Effectively manage a team of busy fee earners maintaining the smooth running's of the office whilst handling own caseload is essential.Marketing and networking skills are essential in order to participate actively in seeking new business, building relationships with referrers and potential clients and developing the firm as a whole.Experience with handling a number of high net worth clients.
