Seeking a fast and accurate typist for a secretarial position within a reputable local law firm in Wellington, Somerset. This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday with a salary of ??19,000 - ??19,500 PA DOE. You will need to possess excellent IT, administration and organisation skills and a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. You will have a keen eye for detail, a professional and confident manner along with strong client care and communication skills. You will be based within the Residential Property department (prior legal knowledge of this department would be beneficial, although not essential) and you will work to support the team in all secretarial areas. This will include typing (both audio & copy) therefore you will need to be able to type at 60 words per minute or more. This will be assessed upon successful application. This Firm requires a flexible working approach and an ability to prioritise against tight deadlines, the right candidate will possess a willingness and the capability to work as part of the wider team when needed.
