Our client, an award winning country house hotel based close to the Somerset/Dorset border are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their Food and Beverage team. The hotel is situated in beautiful grounds and offers 2 AA rosette in their dining room, therefore the ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience within Food and Beverage and more specifically to accolade (rosettes) level. Key requirements of the role include but are not limited to: ??? Training of staff ??? Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback ??? Accountable for monthly stock takes??? Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement??? Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships??? Purchase and control of inventory ??? Take on Duty Manager responsibilities when necessary The ideal candidate will:??? Be well-presented??? Have previous experience within a high quality hotel??? Have worked on large functions and events??? Be flexible and adaptable To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager you will have hands-on experience of leading a team with a passion for the Food and Beverage sector. You will be happy to get involved during the busy summer season when the venue holds multiple weddings and ensure that guest satisfaction is at the forefront of all activities.
