About the role Joining our customer service motor claims team, you'll handle a wide variety of claims made by NFU Mutual customers across the UK. Day-to-day you'll successfully resolve claims by liaising with customers and third parties, decide on legal liability and policy liability issues and ensure we comply with all regulatory and internal systems controls at all times. You'll also identify potentially fraudulent claims. From the moment you pick up the phone, you'll make customers feel at ease, giving them the time, care and attention they deserve. About you A brilliant team player, you're an organised and logical thinker with first-class communication skills, particularly when it comes to reading and writing. Empathetic and understanding, you've an excellent telephone manner and attentive listening skills. Insurance experience is a must and you should have five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English Language as a minimum.
