Fostering Social Worker

Reed Health & Care are recruiting for two Fostering Social Workers to work within the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team in Bridgwater.The aim of the team is to enable children aged 7 to 11 years with complex behavioural, emotional and developmental needs to be placed in intermediate treatment foster care placements. You will play a key role in:-The design of the recruitment campaign for the project foster carers.-The recruitment, assessment and approval of project foster carers.-The training of foster carers in both Skills to Foster and implementing training for the MTFC-C model.-Supporting foster carers in the delivery of the MTFC-C programme.-Supervising foster carers in accordance with Fostering Regulations.-Working closely with the Foster Carers, Programme Supervisor and members of the clinical team to ensure co-ordinated implementation of care plansThis is an excellent opportunity to join an authority which is on a journey of improvement and offers excellent support and training.There is a full time role available along with a part-time role (4 days per week).If you have experience in Fostering or Adoption and you want to earn ??31.00 per hour limited, don't miss out, apply online today!Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
