Senior Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance

Client Summary: A bank that has been established for nearly 200 years who have embarked on an exciting journey building a UK wide commercial banking proposition. Business Area Summary: Real Estate Finance is a core and extremely important, growing part of our clients business. Their focus is on Residential Investment; Residential Development; Commercial Investment and some Commercial Development - Deal size focus of ??1m+, larger deals in the tens of millions. Role Summary: To build and grow a portfolio of Real Estate clients covering the South West of England region whilst being based in Bristol. You Will Need: A proven track record of success in the real estate finance sector working for a bank or similar organisation. You will have demonstrable RM, BD and credit skills.
