The is a first class organisation looking to recruit the best managers in the South West .
The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for the running of the nursing & residential home . You must be able to effectively manage change, develop a strategy to maintain financial stability as well as supporting the Manager in managing all budgets and marketing to ensure maximum occupancy.
The successful Registered Manager must ensure that all procedures are kept up to date and that staff are made aware of and comply with the procedures laid down by the Company and adhere to all codes of conduct.
Your job role will involve recruitment and training of RGNs/RMNs and Care Staff to ensure the required level of skills and experience achieve a committed working environment. Maintaining fantastic working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team as well as other Company and Authority departments is paramount, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
The successful Registered Manager will show true passion in working within elderly care, bringing loyalty and commitment into a time of exciting growth within a well established team.

Clear Enhanced CRB required prior to job offer.
Supporting the management of / maintaining full compliance within the home.
Must have knowledge of working in a similar environment at supervisory level.
