Architectural CAD Technician

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a high-end housing developer based in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds. They are looking for an Architectural CAD Technician to join their friendly office team. They build one-off, bespoke, timber-framed properties, valued from ??1m up to ??10m. Successful candidates will possess the following key skills: Excellent all round competence using AutoCAD.Experience of working on residential interiors.The ability to work alongside the in-house architect as well as external architects and designers.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.Due to the location of the office you will need to be a car owner/driver as the site is not accessible by public transport. In exchange, my client offers the opportunity to work in a truly unique environment. The properties you work on are absolutely bespoke builds and you are genuinely able to take pride in your involvement in their construction. The salary is negotiable, depending on experience, starting at ??25,000, plus a bonus and benefits package.
