Commercially minded with a strong customer care focus, you'll be the 'public face' of the village and will effectively lead and develop the administration, reception and housekeeping teams whilst ensuring that our standards are met and our values are upheld in everything you do.

With significant front office experience in a customer facing role, you will also hold a Diploma Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, have strong communication, IT and organisational skills but most of all you will demonstrate the qualities to deliver a service that exceeds the expectations of our customers and gets the best out of your teams.
