HGV1 C+E Driver

H&G Recruitment are currently recruiting professional HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers to complete general haulage, trunking and store delivery work for our prestigious client based in Northampton with shifts available across seven days.
Christmas Peak 2016

PREMIUM RATES & BONUS PAYMENTS
NORTHAMPTON

The network peak days will be as follows December 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th and 31st
January 1st, 2nd, 3rd inclusive
To ensure demand is met, from Sunday 4th December 2016 for every shift completed you will receive an extra £2.00 per hour for every hour worked up to and including Wednesday 4th January 2017
You will also be guaranteed a minimum 10-hour day
If you complete all of the shifts that you can legally commit to from 4th December 2016 including the peak days illustrated above, you will receive a bonus of at least £400 payable w/e 14th January 2017 as a thank you for your continued support through the festive season

You must have:
• Full HGV C+E Class 1 licence held for at least one year
• Driven a HGV lorry in the last 90 days
• Digital tacho card
• A good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations
• Good understanding of the working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge of UK road network
• Flexible approach to work
• Customer focused attitude
• Superb presentation standards
• A willingness to learn
