The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

Main duties:
To be the first contact to European customer (B2B) and provide excellent customer service standards

The Role:
- To deal with Customer enquiries over the phone and via email on a daily basis
- To process and follow up on orders
- To issue the relevant sales documentation, including export documents
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To communicate internally with different departments
- To identify sales opportunities and convert them into sales
- To handle complaints in efficient and polite manners
- To support the European Sales Manager on various matters when it is required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & Russian (Written and Spoken)
- Strong experience in Export, Sales & Customer Service
- Previous experience dealing with Retailers
- Customer Service focused and Business acumen
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Flexible and able to work in fast pace environment

Salary:
Up to £24,000 DOE + Benefits
