A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to work for a leading supplier of Assistive Technology and disability related management solutions. Based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, the successful Customer Service Co-ordinator will earn a salary of £16,000 per annum depending on experience. 

Working in partnership with the leading manufacturers of assistive technology, this award-winning technology company provides support and problem-solving expertise to a variety of sectors, helping educators enhance their learning and communication through the use of technology. 

The position will be based in the company’s Customer Services Department. As Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest level of service possible throughout their experience with the company. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Providing frontline customer service to all inbound corporate customer contact, in-line with key performance indicators and contract requirements
  • Delivering customer service excellence through professional and courteous engagement with all the inbound customers/contacts/enquiries
  • Providing a highly effective service which directs the inbound customers and communications to the appropriate routes, but also takes ownership of ensuring those enquiries are dealt with and if necessary going above and beyond for the customer
  • Having an ongoing commitment and desire to understand and deliver a customer focused approached with a consideration to the customers’ experience and journey; through continuous professional development, training and any manner of useful resource
  • Identifying opportunities for improving service
The successful Client Service Co-ordinator will have experience in customer service, ideally over the phone. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
  • Experience in customer service, face-to-face and over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Genuine enthusiasm and commitment to provide an exceptional service
  • Demonstrable ability to show initiative and work as part of a team
