Our client based in the city centre is looking to recruit experienced claim Handlers to join their existing team. They are passionate about providing excellent customer service and guidance to all their customers. Daily responsibilities: Make timely decisions to settle claims for customers in a fair and reasonable wayManage a portfolio of claims and keep customers and related third parties updated at all timesProcessing claims in an efficient and accurate way whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfactionDemonstrating excellent negotiation and decision making skillsKeep updated all correspondence to customers and third parties accurately and efficientlyManaging the overall claims process from start to finish managing the customers expectations throughoutAdvising customers of associated costs when necessary and keeping all parties informed of any changesInforming customers if their claim is not covered whilst maintaining excellent customer service The successful candidate needs to have a passion for delivering great customer service and be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen. Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Salary: ??18,500 - ??20,000 DOE Benefits: Extensive benefits package The client is looking for people to join their existing team because of continued expansion they are looking for 3 people to join the team.
