Manager - Public Sector Recruitment To ??50k ote ??70-100k realistic COMPANY An ambitious recruitment firm requires a senior recruiter to head up a growing function in its Bristol office. The company supply a broad range of recruitment services into the public sector already and need an experienced biller / manager to run a team focussing on permanent opportunities. ROLE With a successful track record in recruiting contract services into the public sector already, my client is looking for an ambitious recruiter with experience of recruiting permanent IT / Change Management / Finance roles or similar who is looking to develop this into the existing client base. With a database of established candidates in this market already, there is a readymade opportunity for a recruiter to develop their management career. PERSON The successful applicant will have a track record of both billing and man management. You should able to demonstrate success in placing permanent candidates into their chosen market as well as running successful teams of recruiters. You are likely to have experience supplying IT / finance / change management or related white collar services, with the onus on permanent placements. Contract recruiters will be considered however the work is likely to be perm led in the main. You should be an ambitious, career driven individual looking for a management opportunity, not just a job. This role will also involve the management of a high performing team already so leadership experience is a definite advantage, and this role has a fast track path to a director level opportunity. You can expect to be in a non billing role in the next 12 months if the growth plans are met. You should be adept at building strong relationships with your team of recruiters beneath you, so any experience of managing resourcers or consultants in a competitive environment will stand you in good stead. PACKAGE The salary will reflect the skills of the individual and will be in the ??35-50k base range with realistic ote being up to and beyond ??100k in the first 12-24 months. Profit share, management bonus, car allowance will all be available and a guarantee is also on offer for the right person.
