Legal Secretary - Commercial Property (Wells, full-time) Mogers Drewett is a leading law firm with offices in Bath, Wells and Sherborne offering a range of legal services to individuals and business clients. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Commercial Property team at our brand new, modern offices in Wells. About the role Supporting a Partner and legal assistant, your role will be to provide a high quality support function. This will include diarising and organising meetings, maintaining client files, typing of dictated work and drafting letters and documents. Importantly, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients; ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. About you You should have outstanding secretarial and / or administrative skills, experience of digital dictation, be accurate and have excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills are also a must. Whilst it would be good if you had specific legal secretarial experience, we are interested in transferable skills, so if you have previous property or administrative experience in a professional services industry then please get in touch.
