You will plan and prepare varied and engaging lessons in line with individual needs and EHC plans ensuring all pupil learning needs are met. you will record and show pupil progress across their English studies and contribute to the whole school learning ethos.What you'll need to succeed~ Secondary PGCE with English~ Experience as Head of department, English Coordination~ Experience working with pupils with Challenging behaviourWhat you'll get in returnFor the January term you will be employed on a supply basis through Hays Education and invited to interview for the position on a permanent basis.
